The Reinforcement Strategy of Indonesian Language in Reaching Apportunities of Becoming International Language in Supporting National Sustainability

Abstract


The strategy of strengthening Indonesian in planning opportunities to become an international language to support national defense with a strategy, namely 1) increasing positive attitudes with the support of knowledge about Indonesian, love of Indonesian, and using Indonesian itself in supporting activities, as well as information dissemination of the Law Number 24 of 2009 concerning the National Flag, Language and Symbol, as well as the National Anthem; 2) implementation of Law Number 24 Year 2009 concerning Flags, Languages, and National Emblems, as well as the National Anthem to strengthen the Indonesian language; 3) Capacity Building and Role of the Language Development and Coaching Agency in strengthening Indonesian language; and 4) implementation of the tasks and functions of the press in strengthening the Indonesian language by revising Law No. 40 of 1999 concerning Disputes in the law governing the use of Indonesian language that is good and right, polite, and educating. In addition, it is also necessary to partner with the Language Development and Coaching Agency in the context of the dissemination of Indonesian languages at the local, national, regional and international levels.
